Police seek vehicle of interest after fatal east end motorcycle crash

Toronto police have released a photo of a vehicle of interest in connection to an east end motorcycle crash that claimed the life of a 36-year-old man.

Officers were called to the Victoria Park Avenue and Clintwood Gate area on Wednesday, July 19, at around 8:35 p.m. for reports of a crash.

Investigators say a man was driving a blue 2006 Suzuki GR1 motorcycle southbound on Victoria Park Avenue when for unknown reasons he lost control, struck a curb, and was ejected from the motorcycle.

He was taken to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Police are now trying to track down the driver of an older model black Honda Accord with a blue Ontario licence plate.

Police say the vehicle was seen in the immediate area and the driver may have witnessed the fatal crash.
