Man killed in industrial accident in Brampton
A man has died after an industrial accident in Brampton. The Ministry of Labour is now investigating.

A man is dead following an industrial accident in Brampton on Monday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Orenda Road and Dixie Road around 7:30 a.m.
Police say a man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate and say the victim’s employer is Nexcycle.
“Our sincere condolences go out to the worker’s family, friends and colleagues,” said the ministry in a statement. “We are not able to provide further comment at this time.”
