One injured due to kitchen fire in Moss Park area

One person has been injured due to a kitchen fire in the Shuter and Jarvis Streets area on Saturday afternoon.
Toronto Fire responded to a call at approximately 12:43 p.m. of reports of a fire at an apartment building at 90 Shuter Street.
Occupants put out the fire, a small kitchen fire on the third floor, prior to Toronto Fire’s arrival.
One person was located awake and breathing with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
A woman in her 40’s was transported to local hospital.
