OPP searching for motorcyclist who fled Hwy. 407 crash in Vaughan

Ontario Provincial Police are searching for a motorcyclist who fled the scene of a crash involving a car on Highway 407 in Vaughan on Tuesday.
Police say the rider fled the scene on foot after the collision near Pine Valley Drive.
The motorcycle was reportedly travelling at a high rate of speed when it rear-ended a car.
Despite appearing injured, police say the motorcyclist managed to walk off into a nearby wooded area.
OPP officers, along with York Regional Police, are currently searching for him in the area.
The westbound 407 was briefly closed, but has since reopened.
Expect delays in the area.
