Passenger dies after being struck by falling man on the DVP

Toronto police say the passenger who was struck by a man who fell from the Leaside Bridge onto a vehicle driving on the Don Valley Parkway (DVP) has died.
Police were called to the area shortly before noon on Sunday. The circumstances surrounding the incident are unclear, and police have not provided further details.
The man who fell from the bridge onto the vehicle also died in the incident.
The 76-year-old passenger was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, where they were later pronounced dead.
The DVP was closed for several hours as a result.
