York Regional Police are on the hunt for three suspects following a robbery at Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre.
According to police, two suspects entered a cell phone store in the mall just before 9:30 p.m. on Thursday and “declared that the situation was an armed robbery.”
The suspects then forced the store’s employees to open a safe and proceeded to tie them up before fleeing with an unknown quantity of cell phones.

The first suspect is described as a white male who is five-foot-ten inches tall and in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a grey tracksuit, black shoes and a black balaclava.
The second suspect is described as a Black male who is six feet tall and believed to be in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a beige hoodie, black pants, grey shoes and a black mask.
Investigators do not have a description of the getaway driver and encourage anyone with information to contact police.
