Homicide unit investigating after woman found dead in Niagara Falls

Niagara Regional Police’s homicide unit is investigating after a woman was found dead in a Niagara Falls home on Saturday morning.

Officers were called to a residence near Huron and St. Claire Ave in the City of Niagara Falls around 10:30 a.m.

Police found a deceased woman inside the residence.

Police say 41-year-old Dale James Vincent of Niagara Falls is allegedly involved in this incident and is being charged with Second Degree Murder.

Investigators say this was not a random act of violence.

The investigation is ongoing; anyone with information is asked to contact police or crime stoppers.
