A man is wanted in connection with two break-and-enters at religious temples in Toronto.

Toronto police say they were called to the Birchmount Road and St. Clair Avenue East area just after 7:30 a.m.

It’s alleged that a man broke into a religious temple in the area and stole money from a donation box before fleeing the scene.

A few weeks later, on March 18, the man went to another religious temple in the Ellesmere Road and Warden Avenue area.

Police say he allegedly broke into the temple and stole money from the donation box.

The suspect has been identified as Jagdish Pandher, 42, of no fixed address. He is wanted on multiple charges, including break and enter, possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000, and breach of probation.

He is described as five feet six inches with a medium build.
