Man rushed to hospital after collision involving tractor-trailer in North York

A man has been injured after a collision between an SUV and a tractor trailer. CITYNEWS

A man has been rushed to hospital after a collision between a tractor-trailer and an SUV in North York.

Emergency services were called to Fenmar Drive and Steeles Avenue just before 4 p.m. Tuesday.

A man believed to be in his 20s was rushed to a trauma centre in serious, life-threatening condition. His condition has since been upgraded to non-life-threatening injuries.

Fenmar Drive was closed in both directions between Steeles Avenue and Ormont Drive, but has since reopened.
