13-year-old boy charged after Brampton fire

A 13-year-old boy has been charged after a house in Brampton was heavily damaged in a fire on Sunday night.
The fire began at a home on Newdale Place, near Bovaird Drive and Highway 410, around 8:10 p.m.
Peel police arrested the teen on Monday and charged him with arson and disregard for human life.
No one was injured and there’s no word yet on the cost of the damage.
