Two people have been charged with assault after a drive-by paintball attack in Oakville.
Halton police say they were called to West Oak Trails, near Third Line and Dundas Street, around 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Two 13-year-old boys were on their bicycles when they were shot with paintballs. The paintballs had been fired from a car that was driving past them, police said.
It’s not known if the boys, who had minor injuries, even knew their attackers.
A 17-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man have been taken into custody.
