GTA videographer charged with child porn offences

A 24-year-old Thornhill videographer faces new charges after previously using a stage actor’s name to lure kids, police say.

David Kron has been recording Candance competitions across the GTA for his company, Graviti Media.

Halton police arrested him on Thursday and charged him with four counts of voyeurism; making, possessing and distributing child pornography; non-consensual distribution of intimate images; and three counts of luring a child.

In the spring, Kron was charged for allegedly using the name of theatre actor Myles Erlick to lure children on Snapchat. Erlick is a former Burlington resident and regular guest on The Ellen Show.
