Toronto police say traffic on Strachan, south of Fleet Street, will be restricted to one lane in each direction starting at 10 a.m. for delivery of a tunnel boring machine. The closure is expected to last about four to six hours.

Pedestrians will only be able to use the sidewalk on the west side between Fleet and Lake Shore Boulevard.
