Tori Stafford’s parents speak after Michael Rafferty’s sentencing hearing

Michael Rafferty was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole until 2034. Tori Stafford’s parents Rodney Stafford and Tara McDonald spoke to the media following the judge’s ruling.
