TORONTO (AP) _ Corus Entertainment Inc. (CJREF) on Friday reported a fiscal third-quarter loss of $565.9 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Toronto-based company said it had a loss of $2.72 per share. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs and restructuring costs, came to 7 cents per share.
The media company posted revenue of $262.5 million in the period.
The company’s shares closed at $2.55. A year ago, they were trading at $4.76.
