RIVERSIDE, Calif. (AP) _ Provident Financial Holdings Inc. (PROV) on Tuesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $1.6 million.
On a per-share basis, the Riverside, California-based company said it had profit of 21 cents.
The holding company for Provident Savings Bank posted revenue of $10.7 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $9.3 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $7.7 million, or $1.01 per share. Revenue was reported as $40.9 million.
Provident Financial shares have fallen 45% since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 41% in the last 12 months.
