1 dead following multi-vehicle crash involving gravel truck on QEW

One person has died following a multi-vehicle crash involving a school bus, dump truck and several other vehicles, on the QEW Friday morning just before 8 o’clock.
In Oakville, all lanes are blocked on the westbound QEW from Winston Churchill to Royal Windsor Drive.
The westbound 403 is also blocked at Upper Middle.
The OPP has said four to five vehicles are involved and the gravel hauler is on top of a car.
No children on the school bus were injured.
