Toronto police arrest high-risk suspect

Toronto police have arrested a man they say is a violent pimp who forced women into prostitution.
Mark Anthony Burton, 42, who goes by the street names “Ricky Downey” and “Playboy” is charged with two counts of procuring a person to become a prostitute.
Police believe there may be more victims and are encouraging any women who have had contact with Burton to come forward.
Burton has also been charged with sexual assault and living on the avails of prostitution.
