National Post CEO Paul Godfrey to be new chair of OLG

TORONTO, Ont. – Ontario has named Paul Godfrey as the new chair of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

Godfrey, president and CEO of the National Post, is the former chair of Metro Toronto, a newspaper publisher and chief executive, and former head of the Toronto Blue Jays.

Five other new members — Shirley Hoy, Dale Lastman, Anthony Melman, Thomas O’Brien and William Swirsky — will also join the board.
