MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – It’s become even more difficult to find a parking spot at one of the GTA’s busiest GO Transit stations.
Starting Monday, Clarkson GO station in Mississauga, Ont., will be without 300 parking spots for the next 18 months as construction begins to create a 1,200-space parking garage.
GO has warned commuters to prepare for “parking pain.”
The parking garage is being built in the northwest corner of the south lot near Royal Windsor Drive and Southdown Road.
The new garage will bring the total number of spaces at Clarkson to 4,008, up from 2,878.
