Man charged with crimes linking back to 1980’s

TORONTO – A Nestleton man has been charged following crimes committed in the 1980’s.

On Tuesday, 51 year old Ed Palacios was charged with nine counts each of gross indecency, and indecent assault on a male, after allegedly having sexual contact with three children between the ages of 10 and 14.

The acts were said to have occurred between 1980 and 1986.

Police believe there may be more victims, and anyone with information has been asked to come forward.

Nestleton is located on the east side of Lake Scugog.
