Man dies after being struck by lightning

TORONTO, Ont. – A 25 year old man from Brantford has died after being hit by lightning on the Grand River.

Police told the Toronto Star the victim was tubing with friends on Saturday afternoon when a stormed moved into the area.

He was taken to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
