Bowmanville man faces child pornography charges

BOWMANVILLE, Ont. – A 44 year old man faces child pornography charges after allegedly pretending to be a 17 year old boy during online conversations with girls.

Officers also suspect him of distributing child sexual abuse images over the internet.

Investigators believe he may have contacted children in Toronto and Durham, using the aliases “Joe Jones” and “Jim Dim 69”.

Trevor Partridge of Bowmanville has been charged with possessing, making and distributing child pornography.
