Pedestrian seriously injured after being struck by TTC bus in Scarborough

Toronto police say they’re investigating after a TTC bus struck a pedestrian in Scarborough on Monday evening.

Police say it happened at Kingston Road and Morningside Avenue around 7:30 p.m. on Monday.

Toronto paramedics tell CityNews a man in his 20s was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Roads were closed at the intersection during the investigation, but they have since been reopened.
