Burglars broke into Vaughan home, threatened residents with gun: Police

York police are searching for two suspected burglars following an afternoon home invasion in Vaughan on Wednesday.
Police say two armed male suspects broke into a residence in the area of Clarence Street and Woodbridge Avenue around 2:15 p.m.
Once inside the home, the suspects allegedly threatened four victims with a gun while they searched around for money and other valuables. The pair fled the scene with stolen belongings.
A female victim suffered minor injuries after she was stopped by one of the suspects when attempting to flee the home.
The two suspects are described as males dressed in black coats, black pants and black toques.
The investigation is ongoing.
