Man wanted after attempted abduction in McCowan and McNicoll area

Toronto police are investigating after an attempted abduction in the McCowan Road and McNicoll Avenue area.
On May 6 at approximately 9:15 p.m. a woman was walking her dog when a man was parked in a dark coloured, four-door vehicle near a park.
The man allegedly attempted to engage the woman in a conversation and then pulled out a knife and demanded the woman to get into his vehicle. The woman fled the area with her dog and contacted police.
The man is described as Brown, 6’0″, in his 20 to 30s with a medium build. The man was wearing a black hooded sweater, blue jeans, and black and white Nike shoes.
