1 in hospital after Etobicoke shooting

A man is recovering in hospital after he was shot in the leg in Etobicoke early on Tuesday morning.

Police say the man, believed to be in his 20s, was found on the 17th floor of an apartment building on Dixon Road west of Islington Avenue.

Emergency crews were called to the building around 4:20 a.m.

There’s no word on suspects.
