She’s worked with some of the biggest stars in Hollywood – from the late Jackie Gleason and Judy Garland to Oscar-winner Marisa Tomei.
Now Ruth Regina’s business has gone to the dogs – literally. The wig maker is designing hair pieces for dogs – including braids, curls, and extensions. They’re the latest craze for the pampered pet.
Some of the designs even have names – the Yappy Hour is a curly design that can be dyed any shade, and the Peek a Bow Wow is a sexy look that falls down over part of a dog’s face.
And don’t forget the Rover R-r-r-rug and the Buddy Braids. Regina plans to sell her pooch wigs for about $18 US each.
It’s a doggie ‘do’ you might not mind picking up.
