Dec. 10 – StreetBeat – Two Restaurant Workers Stabbed

Police are searching for three suspects after two workers at a Jane-Finch pizza restaurant were stabbed Saturday night.
The attack happened just before 11pm and authorities say it appears an altercation broke out inside the Pizza Hut that resulted in the 44-year-old and 19-year-old employees being stabbed.
Both victims have since been treated in hospital and released.
Downtown Crash
Firefighters had to cut the roof off of a van to free a woman trapped inside after a two-vehicle crash at King and John Sunday morning.
The accident happened just before 8:30am. The woman, thought to be in her 20s, was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries. The person in the taxi, a man in his 60s, was also hurt but is expected to be okay.
There’s no word yet on possible charges.
