Toronto Girl In Critical Condition After Indoor Pool Mishap

With this warm weather it’s only natural for kids to get excited and dive into a pool the first chance they get.

But what was supposed to be a fun swim for one girl turned into a horrific experience on Saturday afternoon as she was rushed to Sick Kids Hospital after almost drowning.

The 10-year-old was pulled from an indoor pool, still breathing, at an apartment building at 188 Spadina near Queen Street (pictured).

Police say her condition hasn’t improved and she’s listed as critical.
