Commuting can be a hassle having to deal with cramped spaces, grimy seats and all the pushing and shoving when it comes to boarding a train, bus or subway. But, there’s some good news for commuters that will make taking public transit everyday a little easier.
People who use GO and other transit systems in the GTA could soon see a one fee card to replace those tickets, tokens and passes. Transportation Minister Donna Cansfield said a distance-based card is on the way. Details are still being finalized by the Greater Toronto Transit Authority.
