Teen Stabbed At Sikh Temple

A teenage boy has been seriously wounded in a stabbing at a Sikh temple in the Dixie and Derry Road area.

The 15-year-old victim was stabbed in the stomach and airlifted to Sick Kids hospital.

There’s no word on his condition.

A suspect believed to be the same age is in Peel police custody.

The stabbing took place at one of the biggest Sikh temples in the GTA. The week is one of the holiest in the Sikh religion.
