Broken Watermain Shuts Down DVP On-Ramp

It was a wet and soggy morning that was even messier for commuters after a water main broke near a busy on-ramp on Monday morning.
The Queen St. ramp to the northbound Don Valley Parkway was closed for several hours because of severe flooding in the area.
Mud and muck covered the base of the ramp and much of Davies Ave.
Crews were still working on the problem at 8:15am.
