Teen Arrested After Shots Fired At Police

It was a frightening scene for residents – and police – on Driftwood Court early Sunday morning.
Officers were called to the area shortly after midnight when shots were fired into a home. Upon arrival, they themselves became the target of gunfire from a nearby apartment building.
A 19-year-old male fled the scene, but police caught up with him and recovered a gun and ammunition left behind. The suspect faces two charges of attempted murder and a long list of firearms offences.
