A stretch of Highway 400 shut down after a school bus rolled over has now reopened.
It happened around 12pm Saturday. The vehicle was on its way to a commuter lot to drop off kids and staff returning from the week-long Beacon Bible Camp. But while exiting at the off-ramp at Highway 9, the bus flipped and ended up in the ditch.
“We were passing and then we saw the bus and we thought, ‘Oh, I really hope that wasn’t our bus,’ because we just came from the camp,” revealed counsellor Kim Tissot.
