Get Some One X One Time With Matt Damon

Looking for some alone time with Matt Damon?

(And who isn’t, really?)

You’ll get the chance to rub elbows (or at least spot the back of his head in a crowd) this weekend.

While the star is in town for the Toronto International Film Festival, he’ll also be making an appearance for a homegrown charity known as OneXOne.

The organization (pronounced one by one) pairs up one donor with one child all around the globe.

It was founded by Edward Rogers, CEO of Rogers Cable, and Damon became involved shortly after its inception in 2005.

Working with partners, OneXOne targets five key areas in childhood development: water, hunger, healthcare, education and play. To date, they’ve raised more than $6 million – and they’re looking for more.

Mary J. Blige is headlining a concert at the Kool Haus on Saturday and Damon, Wyclef Jean, and possibly even Bill Clinton are expected to attend.
