A Loblaws grocery store was closed again Sunday after several employees became sick due to an unidentified chemical leak.
The store, at 720 Broadview Avenue near Danforth Avenue, was evacuated Saturday after three of its employees, a customer and a food vendor became ill due to fumes.
All were taken to hospital for treatment and have since been released.
Loblaws has said in a statement that its working with an environmental company, the fire department, and the Ministry of Labour to figure out the cause of the leak.
Reports say someone cleaning a freezer may have punctured a wall and releasing a chemical into the air.
The company says the store will not re-open until the problem has been solved.
