Power still being restored in downtown core

TORONTO, Ont. – Toronto hydro is still working to restore power to 10 office buildings, including part of the TD complex.

The outage is in the area bounded by Bay Street across to John Street, and Wellington Street down to Front Street.

Hydro crews have been working to fully restore power to the area after a larger portion of the downtown core went off the grid Thursday morning.

Hydro crews are still working to repair two feeders, and there’s no estimate as to when power will be restored.
