Orangeville Woman Attacked by Shark in Cancun: Report

In what is being described by witnesses as a scene from the movie Jaws, an Orangeville woman is reportedly recovering in hospital after being attacked by a shark in Cancun, Mexico.
Toronto Star reports that 38-year-old Nicole Ross, a nurse and mother of two, was bit on her left leg and left arm Monday. She was pulled from the water by a lifeguard on a Jet Ski.
The newspaper reports that she was staying with 10 friends at the Caribe Park Royal Grand resort.
Ross is said to be awake and able to talk to friends who are with her at the hospital.
