As little as a year ago, Research In Motion was considered to be the kings of the smart phone world, with the blackberry as the “it” phone for businesses. However, in the last few months RIM has been on the decline. CNN and CBS tech expert Katie Linendoll speaks with 680News reporter Momin Qureshi about what went wrong for the Waterloo based company and what it needs to do to make a comeback.
