A relaxed attitude at the ATM and cash register could end up costing you, even with the latest encrypted, high security chip credit and debit cards.
Hackers or thieves may be watching you and cloning your chip-encrypted cards, one experts says.
“The good thing is it does require a PIN to go along with the chip,” said Claudio Popa, CEO of Informatica Security. “The bad thing is that it’s easy to acquire that PIN simply by skimming or video surveillance.”
