2-alarm fire in underground garage on Weston Road

Firefighters made quick work of a two-alarm fire in an underground garage on Weston Road early Thursday.

Crews were called to the scene at 2240 Weston Rd., north of Lawrence, around 2:15 a.m. Several people left the building because of the alarms but there was no official evacuation.

No injuries were reported.
