A live overhead electrical wire fell on a Spadina streetcar, trapping a handful of passengers on board Thursday morning.
A 510 Spadina car was making a left turn onto Adelaide from Spadina when, somehow, an overhead pole snapped, bringing the wires down around 8 a.m. The four people on board weren’t hurt and were forced to stay inside the car for a while as a precaution.
The area fully reopened around 9 a.m.
