The Maple Leafs GM made two minor moves on Friday as the team placed forwards Darryl Boyce and Jay Rosehill on waivers, according to David Alter of Sportsnet 590 The Fan.
Rosehill, 26, has no points and 21 penalty minutes in 16 games this season. The Leafs forward hasn’t played since Jan. 17, where he only logged 5:24 of ice time.
Boyce has only one goal and two points in 17 games with the Leafs. The 27-year-old has a minus-3 rating and has been sparingly playing on the fourth line during the team’s recent skid.
