‘The Bachelor Canada’ auditions held in Toronto

It was a packed house as auditions for The Bachelor Canada hit the InterContinental Toronto Centre hotel on Front Street on Sautday.
By morning, there was already a lineup of more than 100 eligible bachelorettes all vying for a spot on the reality television show.
680News reporter Eva Fragiskatos said there were a lot of excited girls.
One woman named Dana got up around 6 a.m. to get ready for the auditions.
“I’m hoping to find love,” Dana said. “I’m here because I’ve had some really bad experiences, and I’m hoping that maybe if somebody else chooses a guy for me I’ll have a little better luck than choosing him myself.
“I’m a little nervous, really excited and anxious, but glad I came because if nothing happens at least it was an experience and I can say I tried.”
There were women of all ages, with the majority ranging from their early 20s to early 30s.
It has not yet been announced who the bachelor will be, so a lot of people don’t know what to expect. One girl told 680News she’s not even really there for the bachelor.
“I think that it would be nice to find love, but we all know the exotic places that these girls get to go to,” she said. “So travel is probably my number one reason for being here.”
Other potential bachelorettes said they were looking for everything from love to fame.
