Broken watermain at York & Front

A broken watermain on Front Street was expected to cause some traffic headaches Wednesday morning.
The pipe burst at the very busy intersection of Front and York streets around 1:30 a.m.
Repairs continued later in the morning and two lanes of York have been blocked off for repairs.
