Fashion designer Nolan Miller dead at age 79

Nolan Miller, a fashion designer for some of Hollywood’s most glamorous leading ladies, has died at the age of 79.

Miller designed more than 3,000 costumes for the TV drama Dynasty, worn by Joan Collins and Linda Evans, and won an Emmy Award for his work on the show.

His other fashion credits include Charlie’s Angels and Hart to Hart, while he also created gowns for Elizabeth Taylor and Sophia Loren.

The designer died in his sleep.
