Sushi restaurant on York Mills damaged by early morning fire

TORONTO, Ont. – A sushi restaurant was damaged early Sunday morning after a fire started at the building around 6 a.m.
Fire crews were able to quickly put out the fire at the restaurant, Sushi Kiku, located at York Mills Road and Leslie Street.
An hour earlier fire crews had to contain another fire at a home on Hillcrest Avenue, near Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue.
No one was injured in either fire and officials are working to determine the cause of both.
