Body found in Acton lake

Halton Police are investigating after the body of a man was found floating in an Acton lake on Tuesday morning.
A passerby found the body in Fairy Lake, located in Prospect Park, police said.
Police say the victim has been identified as a 48-year-old resident from Action.
Although the investigation is continuing police say the incident is not believed to be criminal in nature.
The victim’s name will not be released to the public.
