Man wanted in connection with parental abduction

Toronto police are asking for the public’s help finding a man and his young daughter in what they are calling a parental abduction case.
Moses Ma, 24, and his two-year-old daughter, Sofi Ma, were last known to be in Toronto in January.
Police have said they are concerned for the missing girl’s safety.
A warrant has been issued for the father, who police say is wanted for parental abduction and disobeying a court order.
He has short black hair and brown eyes, while Sofi has black, shoulder-length hair and dark-brown eyes.
